Summary

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Node/React Engineer to develop scalable, robust, and high-quality web solutions in a dynamic, product-driven environment. In this high-impact role, you will take ownership of critical technical decisions, guide strategic project direction, and collaborate closely with product managers and designers. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, leveraging your advanced technical skills to solve complex problems, optimize application performance, and mentor other engineers across the full development lifecycle.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in full-stack JavaScript development

• Proven experience working on web-based products, collaborating directly with designers and product managers to deliver impactful solutions

• Strong experience building and maintaining microservices-based architectures and distributed systems

• Track record of mentoring team members, driving technical standards, and making high-level architectural decisions

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, robust, and high-quality full-stack software solutions

• Collaborate on micro-front-end implementations and ensure seamless integration across distributed backend services

• Make critical technical decisions, implement clean design patterns, and drive the strategic direction of engineering projects

• Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and instrumentation to ensure continuous application performance and stability

• Participate in bug triage, advanced troubleshooting, and resolving complex production issues efficiently

• Promote high engineering standards, contribute to technical documentation, and actively mentor junior team members

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience in several of the following areas:

• Front End: Advanced proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React, with a focus on exceptional user experiences and performance optimization.

• Back End: Deep expertise in Node.js (Express, Fastify) and building robust REST APIs.

• Databases: Solid experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL highly preferred).

• Architecture & Quality: Strong knowledge of design patterns, abstractions, code isolation, unit testing, and secure coding practices.

• Tools & Workflows: Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with GraphQL APIs

• Experience with Cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or AWS/Azure

• Familiarity with DevOps, orchestration, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CloudBuild, Helm, Terraform)

• Knowledge of Python/Django to assist in understanding and transitioning legacy codebases

• Experience consolidating and modernizing technology stacks

• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders

• Strong product mindset, comfortable working in a data-driven environment and aligning technical work with business objectives
