Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Salesforce Engineer to act as a foundational technical leader and solution architect across multiple complex client engagements. In this role, you will lead solution discovery, translate intricate business requirements into highly scalable Salesforce architectures, and guide technical design sessions. As a Staff, you will mentor project teams, set industry-leading technical standards, and drive the successful delivery of implementations with a specialized focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
Professional Experience
10+ years of experience in the software engineering and IT industry, with a significant track record in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and delivery.
Proven success in client-facing leadership roles such as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Principal Consultant within a consulting or partner environment.
Experience delivering fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects utilizing agile delivery models.
Demonstrated history of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines while maintaining a high standard of architectural integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive solution discovery, technical design, and architectural sessions across multiple Salesforce clouds.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and highly optimized Salesforce solutions.
Drive the end-to-end delivery of rapid implementation projects, facilitating stakeholder alignment and ensuring seamless go-live readiness.
Mentor internal team members, proactively contributing to the evolution of technical standards, deployment best practices, and team collaboration.
Oversee and support complex data imports, system connectivity, and technical integrations.
Required Technical Skills
Core Salesforce Platform: Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security and sharing, and Lightning Experience configuration.
Key Clouds & Ecosystems: Extensive hands-on experience implementing and architecting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce.
Automation: Advanced proficiency in standard declarative automation tools, specifically Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
Integrations: Strong grasp of integration best practices, including APIs, external data imports, and enterprise system connectivity.
Certifications: Must hold the Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification, plus 2-3 of the following: Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform Administrator II.
Nice to Have
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
Familiarity with advanced programmatic customization (Apex, LWC) to effectively guide developers, even if primarily focused on declarative architecture.
Advanced expertise in highly specialized enterprise integration middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
