Summary
We are seeking a Senior IT Engineer with 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise IT operations, automation, networking and infrastructure. This role requires strong technical leadership, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to mentor other engineers. The candidate must have English B2 proficiency to collaborate across global teams. We value professionals who are proactive, reliable, and capable of driving technical improvements while supporting strategic IT initiatives.
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT enterprise environments, IT processes, customer services and operations.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Collaboration Tools as Google Workspace, Microsoft Admin Console, application management and identity systems (Entra ID ).
- Experience in configuring and managing IT tools, including helpdesk systems (e.g., Manage Engine, Freshservice, Zendesk) and asset management systems for hardware/software lifecycle tracking.
- Experience managing IT hardware and software inventory across multiple sites or departments (logistics support).
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex troubleshooting efforts and incident resolution.
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting automation scripts, monitoring solutions, and endpoint management platforms.
- Supporting and troubleshooting general network issues.
- Hands-on involvement in projects such as IT processes, security improvements and network upgrades.
- History of collaborating with cross-functional teams (Security, DevOps, Operations) and mentoring junior IT specialists.
Educational Requirements
- Advanced student or graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent combined experience and technical certifications will also be considered.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to guide junior specialists.
- Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Technical Skills
- Systems & Infrastructure: Windows, MacOS, Linux, IAM administration.
- Networking: VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and manage firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki).
- Basic knowledge on Automation & Scripting: Ex. PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar languages.
- Monitoring: Zabbix, AV Console, Microsoft Intune
- Security Fundamentals: Endpoint protection, MFA, Zero Trust, log analysis.
- Endpoint Management: MDM/EDR solutions.
Nice to Have Skills
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
- Google Workspace Certification or Microsoft Certifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
This position requires a daily presence in the facilities.
