Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience leading software delivery initiatives, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope. You will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, maintaining clarity, alignment, and accountability across all stages of the project lifecycle.
As a Project Manager, you bring strong communication skills, structured organization, and the ability to navigate multiple workstreams simultaneously. You excel at collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders, identifying risks early, and ensuring high-quality execution throughout the engagement.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing software development or technology implementation projects.
- Experience working with Salesforce or cloud-based platforms is preferred.
- Background working with clients in the education or non-profit sector is a plus.

- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Ability to hold project team members accountable to commitments and deliverables.
- Consultative approach, with the ability to identify opportunities or propose solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, especially Agile.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Strong accountability and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project execution between the client and internal delivery teams, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, and timelines.
- Define and manage project plans, including milestones, deliverables, schedules, and key dependencies.
- Facilitate meeting logistics, including availability coordination, scheduling, and distribution of meeting invitations.
- Track project progress in project management tools (e.g., Asana), assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Lead weekly status calls and provide clear, structured status reports, including:
- Completed work
- Upcoming tasks and next steps
- Budget and hours tracking
- Ensure clients complete required tasks by agreed-upon deadlines and communicate timeline adjustments when delays occur.
- Take detailed notes during all client meetings and share them promptly with both teams.
- Identify risks, issues, or blockers early and develop mitigation or resolution plans.
- Lead project kickoff meetings covering methodology, scope, expectations, and next steps.
- Maintain responsive and professional communication with clients, acknowledging questions and routing items to the appropriate team members.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce projects, including workflows, components, or platform terminology.
- Experience in the education or non-profit sectors.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured tasks and deliverables.
- Familiarity with technical project environments involving developers, architects, and product teams.
