Summary
We are looking for an Advanced Software Engineer with strong .NET development experience. In this role, you will design and build reliable, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. You bring solid technical foundations, growing expertise, and the ability to handle increasingly complex tasks while collaborating effectively with your team. Through hands-on experience, you continue to refine your technical proficiency and contribute to the success of every project.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Professional Experience
- 3+ years of experience in software development using .NET technologies.
Soft Skills
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills for client and team interaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.
- Curiosity and openness to learning new technologies.
Required Technical Skills
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with Windows Desktop Development.
- Strong background in technical support and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).Experience working with SQL databases.
- Familiarity with API development and integration (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of unit testing and quality assurance practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Responsibilities
- Customer Technical Support:
- Resolved a wide range of technical issues, from initial setup and configuration
problems to application crashes and complex feature-related inquiries, ensuring a
high level of customer satisfaction. - Provided timely and accurate support to customers, effectively managing and
resolving technical support tickets.
- Technical Troubleshooting:
- Diagnosed and resolved issues related to application functionality and
performance, often collaborating with engineering teams to provide
comprehensive solutions. - Configured, tested, and troubleshot integrations with third-party tools and
services, working directly with external technical teams to ensure seamless
functionality.
- Ticket Management:
- Managed and prioritized a daily queue of support tickets.
- Actively contributed to agile ceremonies, reporting on progress, identifying
roadblocks, and helping to streamline team workflows. - Developed and maintained comprehensive documentation of technical solutions
and best practices in the team's knowledge base, improving efficiency and
reducing resolution times. - Analyzed and estimated the complexity and time required for resolving technical
issues.
