Summary
We are looking for a SaaS & Cloud Operations Engineer to join our client’s IT operations team and play a critical role in managing, securing, and optimizing a rapidly growing ecosystem of cloud-based tools and infrastructure.
In this role, you’ll administer key SaaS platforms, automate processes for identity and access management, and ensure compliance across environments. You’ll collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to maintain a reliable, scalable, and compliant cloud infrastructure that enables operational excellence across the organization. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Professional Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience as a SaaS Administrator, Cloud Systems Engineer, or IT Operations Specialist managing enterprise cloud platforms and SaaS ecosystems.
Soft Skills
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proactive, security-first approach to problem-solving.
Required Technical Skills
SaaS Platform Administration
- Experience managing and optimizing enterprise SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Mimecast, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and GitLab.
- Proficiency in automation for provisioning, access management, and lifecycle processes.
Cloud Infrastructure & Networking
- Hands-on experience with AWS administration (IAM Identity Center, EC2, S3, Route53, Lambda, VPC, Control Tower, and Organizations).
- Familiarity with Azure or GCP environments.
- Expertise in configuring and managing Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Meraki devices, and Netskope SASE solutions.
- Strong understanding of network security, VPNs, and routing/switching concepts.
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Proficiency in Okta administration for SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management.
- Experience configuring SAML, SCIM, and enforcing RBAC policies.
- Knowledge of identity governance tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud.
Compliance & Security Governance
- Familiarity with PCI DSS and SOC 1 & 2 compliance frameworks.
- Experience maintaining audit trails, documentation, and evidence for compliance validation.
Automation & Scripting
- Experience automating SaaS and cloud administration using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and API-based automation.
Nice to Have Skills
- Certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Palo Alto PCNSE, or Okta Certified Professional.
- Exposure to physical access control systems and their integration with identity governance.
- Background working in FinTech, security, or high-growth SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and collaboration with engineering teams.
