Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in translating business needs into actionable technical and product requirements. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data, product, and engineering—to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and support successful project execution.
As a Business Analyst, you bring strong analytical and organizational skills, a solid understanding of business workflows, and experience driving continuous improvement across systems and processes. You will contribute to the full delivery lifecycle—from discovery and documentation to validation and post-release support—ensuring that business objectives and user value remain at the core of every initiative.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or project management within software or data-driven environments.

Required Technical & Professional Skills
- Skilled in writing business, functional, and technical requirements documents.
- Strong understanding of workflows, user needs, and process optimization.
- Experience in defining and maintaining project backlogs with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to conduct acceptance testing and assist with release validation to ensure business alignment.
- Experienced in creating roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables to track progress and execution.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), including participation in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with data teams and integrate reporting, analytics, and system requirements into planning.
- Proficient with project tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Monday.com) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
- Excellent command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, and QA/UAT processes.
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and managing change management activities for new product or process rollouts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in management or process consulting, ideally within financial services or IT environments.
- Familiarity with data platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes).
- Experience with process reengineering and automation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Ability to balance trade-offs, prioritize value delivery, and maintain clear communication across diverse teams.
