Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and document processes that ensure the delivery of high-value software solutions.
As a Business Analyst, you bring strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and solid experience in data-driven projects. You are curious about how things work, value-focused, and play a key role in enabling teams to make informed decisions while balancing trade-offs.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within software or data projects.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments.
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset.
- Actively curious and engaged—interested in understanding how systems and processes work.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in producing clear documentation for requirements, user stories, and workflows.
- Value-driven, always aligning work with business outcomes.
- Collaborative team player who partners closely with development teams to balance trade-offs and solve problems.
Required Technical Skills
- Solid experience working on data-focused projects.
- Ability to perform basic SQL queries to analyze and validate data.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency with requirements gathering tools and task management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Experience in process mapping and workflow documentation.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to BI or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with API documentation and integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
