STEPS OF THE RECRUITING PROCESS

Initial Call with a Recruiter
This step involves a conversation with a recruiter to verify the data you provided and gain an understanding of your expectations.

English and Human Resources Assessments
These assessments are conducted through virtual interviews to evaluate your proficiency in English and assess your soft skills.

Technical Screening
This step includes a panel interview where your technical skills relevant to the position are assessed. Additionally, there may be a live coding exercise to evaluate your coding abilities.

Presentation to the Client
After successfully passing the technical screening, you may be required to present your qualifications and suitability for the role to the client.

Approval
After the presentation, your suitability for the position is evaluated, and an approval decision is made based on the client's requirements and your performance throughout the process and expectations.

Contract Signing and Onboarding
Upon approval, the final step is to sign the contract and initiate the onboarding process to welcome you as a new member of the GAP team.
