Summary

We are looking for an Advanced AI QA Automation Engineer to join our quality engineering team and contribute to our transition toward autonomous testing. In this role, you will help build, maintain, and enhance level-3 (L3) AI-powered testing frameworks designed to streamline manual processes, expand test coverage, and boost overall software reliability. Working within an Agile environment, you will combine modern web automation frameworks like Playwright and TypeScript with agentic workflows and Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize quality assurance workflows and accelerate execution velocity.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Professional Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation framework development

• Hands-on experience developing scalable automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript

• Practical experience integrating AI/Agentic workflows, LLMs, or automated testing tools into quality engineering pipelines

• Proven background in transitioning manual testing workflows to automated testing strategies across UI/UX, web metrics, and responsive cross-platform functionalities

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain autonomous QA frameworks that utilize AI agents to identify page components, generate test plans, and automate test case creation

• Support the migration from manual validation to automated testing for UI/UX, SEO data, and responsive functionality across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile

• Develop, refactor, and maintain scalable automated test scripts using Playwright, TypeScript, and modern web testing tools

• Implement intelligent visual regression testing, including baseline image management and dynamic updates for intentional UI changes

• Ensure all testing scripts, AI agents, and data privacy controls operate securely within local execution environments

• Identify execution blockers (e.g., cookie banners, dynamic DOM content), optimize test logic, and help reduce testing cycle times

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience in several of the following areas:

• Automation Frameworks: Strong technical proficiency in Playwright and TypeScript (or modern web automation languages)

• AI & Agentic Tooling: Hands-on experience utilizing LLMs, AI agents, or automated tools inside QA workflows

• Web Architecture: Solid understanding of web architecture, DOM structures, responsive design, and SEO requirements

• Visual & Regression Testing: Practical experience with visual regression testing and dynamic baseline management

• Scripting & Parsing: Ability to deconstruct manual testing scenarios into modular, automated, and maintainable test scripts

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with modular agent-based architectures (e.g., Orchestrator, Test Plan Generator, Task Executor)

• Experience building custom plugins, browser extensions, or internal tools to assist in data verification

• Exposure to privacy-compliant, locally hosted AI models or secure automation tooling

• Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

Soft Skills

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)

• Strong communication skills to articulate technical defects and automation strategies to cross-functional team members

• Proactive problem-solving and debugging mindset to identify functional bottlenecks

• High learning agility, adaptability, and enthusiasm for mastering emerging AI technologies in quality engineering
