We are looking for talented Software Engineers and Technology Specialists across all seniority levels and tech stacks to join our growing team at GAP. Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Professional Experience

• From 1 to 15+ years of experience in software engineering, quality assurance, data, cloud, or AI roles (open to Entry, Advanced, Senior, Staff, and Principal levels)

• Experience or strong familiarity working in Agile, product-driven environments

• A track record of owning technical delivery appropriate to your level—from feature execution to large-scale system architecture

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions tailored to product requirements

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business needs into technical strategies

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high engineering standards

• Own and manage parts of the development lifecycle, ensuring performance, security, and scalability

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience or specialized knowledge in one or more of the following ecosystems:

• Back End: .NET, Java, Node, PHP, Python, Ruby, or Salesforce

• Front End: Angular, React, or Vue.js

• Mobile: Android, Flutter, iOS, or Maui

• Data & QA: Data Analysis, Data Science, Data Engineering, QA Manual, QA Automation, or QA Security

• Other Core Areas: AI, Web Content, Dev Ops, Security, or UI / UX

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD pipelines)

• Exposure to modern software patterns, microservices, or AI-first/agent-driven architectures

• Experience working with global clients or international engineering teams

Soft Skills

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)

• Strong product mindset and business understanding

• High ownership, adaptability, and autonomy
