Summary
We are looking for a Advanced Fullstack .Net Software Engineer to drive the development, maintenance, and modernization of enterprise-level web applications. In this high-impact role, with hands-on technical execution. You will play a crucial part in modernizing legacy systems, optimizing application performance, and ensuring robust security across the stack. Operating within an Agile environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and modern technical solutions.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Professional Experience
• 3+ years of recent fullstack development experience, with a strong focus on the .NET ecosystem
• Proven track record of acting as a Player/Coach: leading, mentoring, and guiding a development team while remaining deeply hands-on with coding and architecture
• Strong background working in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprints, ceremonies, and iterative delivery
• Demonstrated experience modernizing legacy applications, specifically migrating older .NET architectures to modern frameworks such as Blazor
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise-level ASP.NET web applications
• Develop, implement, and test new fullstack features, functionalities, and modules
• Optimize application performance, ensure robust security measures, and troubleshoot complex problems across the front end, API layer, and database
• Oversee daily product stand-ups, report on progress, and actively clear blocking issues for the team
• Participate in code reviews to ensure strict conformance to internal standards, specifications, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver clear, scalable solutions
Required Technical Skills
Strong experience across the following areas:
• Backend Core: ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#
• Frontend & UI: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, AJAX, jQuery, and UI frameworks including Blazor Components, Telerik, Kendo UI, and Bootstrap
• APIs & Integrations: REST APIs, WSDL/SOAP services, and proficiency with API testing/validation tools (Postman, Swagger/Swashbuckle, Fiddler, SoapUI)
• Database: Advanced SQL Server expertise (building/optimizing stored procedures, views, indexing strategies) and troubleshooting using SQL Server Profiler and Execution Plans
• Tools & DevOps: Visual Studio (2022 or higher), and source control systems including Git and TFS
Nice to Have
• Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate development, documentation, and problem-solving
• Deep knowledge of advanced UI/UX optimization techniques for data-heavy enterprise applications
