Summary

We are looking for a Senior .Net/SQL Software Engineer with deep expertise in .NET development, SQL architecture, and AI integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing scalable, robust, and high-quality solutions that bridge backend application development with advanced data pipelines and AI-driven capabilities. As a senior technical leader, you will leverage your advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively with global stakeholders, translate complex data findings into actionable business insights, and drive strategic project direction. You will also play a key role in mentoring fellow engineers, driving technical decisions, and ensuring the delivery of secure, high-performance systems.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development and data engineering

• 3+ years of deep, hands-on experience building backend applications with .NET and C#

• 3+ years of extensive experience working with SQL and complex relational database systems

• Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining robust ETL/ELT pipelines and backend architectures

• Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring junior engineers, and making critical architectural decisions

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly scalable backend services and APIs using the .NET ecosystem

• Architect and optimize complex SQL queries, database structures, and secure data pipelines (ETL/ELT)

• Integrate AI models, LLMs, and advanced data processing techniques into backend systems to drive intelligent business solutions

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring seamless integration between backend applications and data storage systems (Data Warehouses/Lakes)

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a bridge between technical execution and business strategy

• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding, data integrity, and security

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience across the following core areas:

• Backend Core: .NET, C#, ASP.NET Web Services, and Entity Framework

• Data & Database: Advanced SQL (querying, optimization, data integrity), relational databases, and data storage solutions (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse)

• AI & Advanced Tech: Experience integrating AI tools, LLMs, or intelligent features into backend systems and data pipelines

• APIs & Architecture: Strong knowledge of REST, gRPC, or GraphQL

• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

• Engineering Practices: Version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab), security best practices (OWASP, OAuth), and automated testing (unit tests, data integrity validation)

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience developing reports, dashboards, and data models in Power BI (DAX) or other visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React) for embedded analytics or front-end integration

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations (PHI and HITECH) and prior experience in the Hospital & Healthcare industry

• Advanced performance optimization skills (caching strategies, deep query optimization, code-level enhancements)

• Advanced English proficiency (Strictly required for seamless global communication)

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate highly technical findings into clear business insights

• Strong mentoring, leadership, and negotiation capabilities
