Summary
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer with deep expertise in Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) to design, implement, and evolve data-driven marketing solutions for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end technical solution design, acting as a key advisor to clients throughout the full implementation lifecycle. This position blends deep technical architecture ownership with client-facing consulting, requiring you to guide stakeholders through complex trade-offs, architect scalable data flows, and remain hands-on in delivering ML-driven and real-time personalization experiences.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Professional Experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture, MarTech engineering, or advanced Salesforce platform implementations
• Proven hands-on experience building, consulting on, and leading full-lifecycle MCP (Interaction Studio) implementations
• Deep understanding of data modeling, specifically structuring catalog objects, user attributes, and behavioral data to support personalization goals
• Strong background in client-facing roles, leading technical design sessions, and driving complex implementation decisions
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and advise clients through the full MCP implementation lifecycle, overseeing build quality and translating business requirements into scalable architectures
• Configure and architect sitemaps, actively guiding clients through real-world challenges such as single-page applications (SPAs), cross-domain mapping, and technical gaps (e.g., iframe limitations)
• Implement robust identity management strategies to accurately identify, unify, and track users across sessions and channels
• Design and execute web campaigns, leveraging both rules-based and ML-driven personalization experiences
• Build, troubleshoot, and optimize triggered campaigns, utilizing event-based logic and multi-channel delivery mechanisms
• Produce and maintain comprehensive architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and automated data pipelines using APIs and standard integrations
Required Technical Skills
Strong experience in the following core areas:
• Salesforce MCP & Architecture: Deep expertise in Marketing Cloud Personalization, behavioral tracking, decision logic, and interaction flows
• Frontend Integration: Proficiency in sitemap configuration, writing and maintaining JavaScript for behavioral tracking, and handling SPAs and cross-domain architectures
• Data & Identity Management: Strong grasp of data modeling, identity resolution, and structuring catalog objects/user attributes
• Campaign Engineering: Hands-on experience building ML-driven web campaigns, triggered events, and troubleshooting complex personalization logic
• Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI): Ability to define KPI frameworks, build dashboards, and ensure marketing data quality and governance
Nice to Have
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) or similar CDP platforms
• 2+ years of specialized experience in data modeling, identity resolution concepts, and data activation
• Python proficiency for data processing or analytics automation
• 2–3 Salesforce certifications (Highly preferred: Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Salesforce Architect, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)
Soft Skills
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) for seamless client collaboration
• Executive Communication: Capable of translating complex technical concepts (and constraints) to both technical teams and non-technical business audiences
• Strategic Alignment: Strong ability to bridge the gap between technical architecture and overarching business objectives
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Comfort troubleshooting complex, data-intensive products and navigating nuanced technical constraints
• High Ownership: Proactive and detail-oriented approach to solution delivery, from initial design through to production
