Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager to support and coordinate software delivery initiatives, ideally within cloud-based or Salesforce-related projects. In this role, you will focus on organizing project activities, aligning teams, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. You will act as a central point of communication between clients and internal delivery teams, helping keep projects moving smoothly and transparently.
This role is well-suited for a Project Manager who is highly organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams. You will collaborate closely with both technical and business stakeholders, proactively track progress, surface risks early, and support consistent, high-quality execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Professional Experience
• 3–5 years of experience managing software delivery or technology-related projects.
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms or CRM implementations (Salesforce exposure is a plus).
• Experience working with clients in education, non-profit, or similar sectors is desirable.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of project management fundamentals, including Agile concepts.
Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Experience coordinating work across distributed and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support project execution by coordinating activities between clients and internal delivery teams.
Help define and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, agendas, and meeting invitations.
Track project tasks and progress in project management tools, ensuring deadlines are met.
Facilitate regular status updates and share clear summaries of progress, next steps, and risks.
Ensure required client inputs and actions are completed on time, communicating any impacts to timelines when delays occur.
Take structured notes during client meetings and distribute them promptly to relevant stakeholders.
Identify risks or blockers early and escalate them appropriately with proposed mitigation options.
Support project kickoff meetings by helping align expectations, scope, and ways of working.
Maintain professional, responsive communication with clients and internal teams.
Nice to have
Experience with Salesforce projects, including workflows, components, or platform terminology.
Experience in the education or non-profit sectors.
Ability to translate business needs into structured tasks and deliverables.
Familiarity with technical project environments involving developers, architects, and product teams.
