Summary

We are looking for a versatile and highly adaptable Staff Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET technologies to join our team and lead the development of scalable, high-performance applications. In this role, you will serve as a key technical authority, driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineering teams, and delivering innovative software solutions that align with business objectives.

As a staff-level engineer, you bring deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a problem-solving mindset. You will play a central role in shaping the technical direction of projects, setting coding and quality standards, and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Although this is a full-stack .NET development role, during the initial period, the main responsibilities will focus on fixing and enhancing Postman scripts using JavaScript and maintaining and updating CI/CD workflows in GitHub Actions.  This may also include some PowerShell scripting.

This initial work extension will depend on the project's needs. Once these tasks are completed, the role will transition into broader full-stack development responsibilities, including architectural decision-making, building scalable applications, and feature delivery.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Professional Experience

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on enterprise-level applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with .NET technologies.

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

• Open to learning and implementing new technologies and tools.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in .NET, C#, and Entity Framework for enterprise application development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, including its use in Postman.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database systems.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
• Experience working with Git (GitHub, GitLab).
• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of software security practices (OAuth, OWASP).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in performance optimization and system tuning.
• Deep understanding of quality assurance and unit testing.
