Summary

We are looking for a Senior React Software Engineer to join our development team and help build scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining front-end solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a senior engineer, you bring several years of hands-on experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.js, and demonstrate a strong understanding of front-end architecture, clean code practices, and technical leadership. You will play a key role in mentoring team members, contributing to technical strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative digital products.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of experience developing software applications in production environments.
• 3+ years of experience working with JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically with React.js.

Soft Skills

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Open to learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.
• Capable of mentoring junior developers and guiding technical decisions.
• Proactive in identifying challenges and proposing effective solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Solid understanding of SQL and front-end interaction with databases.
• Skilled in building and consuming APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
• Knowledge of unit testing and maintaining high-quality, testable code.
• Experience working with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.

Nice to Have Skills

• Familiarity with application security concepts (OWASP, OAuth).
• Experience with performance optimization, including caching strategies and front-end code optimization.
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
