Summary

We are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing scalable, robust and high-quality solutions. As an engineer, you are a professional with several years of hands-on experience, possessing advanced technical skills and in-depth knowledge. You excel in problem-solving, effective communication, guiding and mentoring other engineers, making critical technical decisions, and contributing to the strategic direction of projects.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer/ QA Automation Engineer.

• Advanced English level.
• Open to learning new technologies.
• Great communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Good mentoring and negotiation skills.
• Strong technical support skills.

• Experience doing test planning, test case design, test execution, and reporting.
• Experience with APIs (e.g., REST, gRPC, GraphQL), API Testing, both manual and automated.
• Experience working with Cypress and Postman for API Automation testing.
• Experience in programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java).
• Experience in manually testing software for functionality, security, and UI elements.
• Experience using automation testing software, functionality, security, and UI elements.
• Experience executing manual test cases to verify software usability.
• Experience with automated testing to ensure software usability.
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL).
• Familiar with development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

• Experience working with clients in the retirement industry in the US to be familiar with some of the key concepts or processes, or experience with financial services.
• Experience with Cloud Services such as GCP, Azure, or AWS, ideally AWS, as the infrastructure for the API will be on AWS.
• Experience with Performance Testing.
• Experience with Mobile Testing.
