El practicante de Recursos Humanos reportará al HR Manager de GAP y será responsable de brindar soporte y asistencia al departamento de Recursos Humanos.
Responsabilidades
- Auditar procesos y documentación interna de Recursos Humanos.
- Actualizar políticas y lineamientos de Recursos Humanos.
- Gestionar la documentación de empleados activos.
- Consolidar y organizar datos de Recursos Humanos dentro de los archivos de control interno.
- Colaborar con el equipo regional para garantizar una experiencia consistente y excepcional para nuestros GAPsters.
- Apoyar en la logística para la implementación de actividades internas.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Estudiante de técnica o tecnología en Recursos Humanos, Gestión del Talento Humano o afines.
- Capacidad de aprender rápidamente y adaptarse a nuevos desafíos.
- Habilidad para gestionar múltiples actividades al mismo tiempo para alcanzar objetivos.
- Organización y seguimiento efectivo de tareas.
- Enfoque en resultados, habilidades de comunicación y buenas relaciones interpersonales.
- Capacidad para manejar información confidencial de empleados y temas administrativos.
- Conocimiento en Microsoft Office y Google Apps.
- Inglés intermedio (deseable).
