El practicante de Recursos Humanos reportará al HR Manager de GAP y será responsable de brindar soporte y asistencia al departamento de Recursos Humanos.

Responsabilidades

• Auditar procesos y documentación interna de Recursos Humanos.
• Actualizar políticas y lineamientos de Recursos Humanos.
• Gestionar la documentación de empleados activos.
• Consolidar y organizar datos de Recursos Humanos dentro de los archivos de control interno.
• Colaborar con el equipo regional para garantizar una experiencia consistente y excepcional para nuestros GAPsters.
• Apoyar en la logística para la implementación de actividades internas.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Estudiante de técnica o tecnología en Recursos Humanos, Gestión del Talento Humano o afines.
• Capacidad de aprender rápidamente y adaptarse a nuevos desafíos.
• Habilidad para gestionar múltiples actividades al mismo tiempo para alcanzar objetivos.
• Organización y seguimiento efectivo de tareas.
• Enfoque en resultados, habilidades de comunicación y buenas relaciones interpersonales.
• Capacidad para manejar información confidencial de empleados y temas administrativos.
• Conocimiento en Microsoft Office y Google Apps.
• Inglés intermedio (deseable).
