About the role:

Responsibilities:

• Create content in English and Spanish for diverse marketing platforms
• Collaborate on the development and editing of graphics, videos and images
• Coordinate and manage events
• Facilitate internal communications
• Contribute to talent acquisition and recruitment marketing
• Prepare and present reports and key metrics
• Direct collaboration with the Marketing Manager for Latin America

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of minimum professional experience in communication or marketing
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-leadership abilities with a disposition for initiative and adaptability
• Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Passion for effective communication and messaging
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Remote work capability
• Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and photography is a plus
• Positive attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a propensity for offering solutions
• A proactive approach to generating reports and insights
